Clinical Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive, complementary therapy

Clinical Reflexology works alongside conventional medical care to help the body to re-balance and begin its own healing process. It works on the principle that different points, or reflexes on the feet, lower leg, hands and ears correspond to the internal organs and other structures of the body. Stimulating these reflexes can aid relaxation, reduce stress, ease tension, improve circulation and bring relief to a range of both acute and chronic conditions.
